About Riftion

What does Riftion do?

Riftion designs, builds and operates intelligent systems. The work covers AI tools, AI research, automation and agentic systems, SaaS and Micro SaaS, AI-powered websites and custom software, with AI-powered IoT planned for the future. We don't sell technology; we sell a working result.

Who does Riftion work with?

Startups, SMBs and enterprises. Startups come to ship fast with a small team, SMBs to end manual work across disconnected tools, and enterprises to get pilots into production with governance and integration under control.

Which countries does Riftion work in?

No limits: Riftion is one partner for clients in the USA, Europe, the UK, Türkiye, the Middle East, Russia and Asia.

What makes Riftion different from other AI agencies?

Riftion runs its own products, so client work uses battle-tested methods, not theory. We measure success by systems running in production, not demos. Work comes in three solutions with defined scope and deliverables instead of vague hourly work, and the client owns the system, with no lock-in.

Does Riftion build its own products?

Yes: Markproov (naming and trademark screening), codexward (website health report) and Seedassay (venture readiness rating). Battle-tested methods, not theory.

Working with Riftion

Where should we start?

With Spark, a discovery and audit of your processes within Discover and the default entry point to every other solution. It delivers a process and bottleneck map, opportunity list ranked by impact and effort, recommended roadmap, first-build proposal.

What does Riftion offer?

Three solutions: Discover, find what to fix first (bottleneck map, ranked opportunities, roadmap); Automate, take the manual work out (workflow automation, AI agents, integrations); Build, launch products that work (MVP and SaaS products, AI-powered websites, product scoping and design). We keep every system monitored, tuned and improving, with monthly reporting and new builds within an agreed scope.

Do you work by the hour?

No. Solutions, not hourly labor. Clear scope. Clear deliverable. Clear owner of the result.

Who owns the system you build?

You do. The client owns the system; there is no lock-in.

How much does a project cost?

Riftion doesn't publish prices, because every project is scoped first. On the Get a Quote page you can pick a budget range, and we reply with a scoped proposal.

How do I get a quote?

Fill in the Get a Quote page in four short steps: Scope, Project, Company and Review. We reply with a scoped proposal, a clear deliverable and a clear owner of the result.

What we build

Can you take our AI pilot to production?

Yes, that is Riftion's focus. We turn the pilot into a production system with guardrails, human checkpoints and monitoring. We count success by what runs every day, not by demos.

Do you build AI agents?

Yes, as part of Automate: single or multi-agent systems for multi-step work that needs judgment, such as triage, research, support, operations and sales ops, with orchestration, guardrails, human-in-the-loop points, evaluation and monitoring.

What are Industry Packs?

Ready-made sets of five automations for one industry: the Accounting Pack (always audit ready), the Business Pack (close deals on autopilot) and the Real Estate Pack (right message, right moment).

What happens after launch?

We keep every system monitored, tuned and improving, with monthly reporting and new builds within an agreed scope.

Which tools and platforms do you use?

Tools are chosen last, after the problem is understood. Our stack includes n8n, Anthropic, OpenAI, NVIDIA, Supabase, Higgsfield, Make, Notion, Jira, GitHub and more.

Do you work on IoT?

AI-powered IoT is a future area, planned for enterprises, manufacturing and facilities: sensor and device integration, edge processing, dashboards, predictive alerts and a connection to digital workflows.

Still have a question?

Four short steps. We reply with a scoped proposal, a clear deliverable and a clear owner of the result.
