2. The Site and its content
The Site presents Riftion, its solutions, industry packs and products for general information. The content does not form an offer or a contract. The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of any engagement are defined only in a written proposal or agreement signed by both parties.
Products and solutions described as “coming”, “future” or “concept” are not yet available and may change or not be released. We may update, change or withdraw any part of the Site at any time.
3. Services and products are governed by separate agreements
Client work (including the Discover, Automate and Build solutions, the services within them, ongoing support and the Industry Packs) is governed by the master services agreement, statement of work and data processing agreement agreed with each client. Our products, including Markproov, codexward and Seedassay, are governed by their own terms of service and privacy notices. If those documents conflict with these Terms, those documents prevail for the service they cover.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, images, the Riftion name and logo, the names and logos of Markproov, codexward and Seedassay, the solution and service names and the design of the Site, are owned by Riftion or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws worldwide.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to view the Site and to print or download extracts for your personal use or your organisation's internal evaluation of our services. Any other use, including copying, modifying, distributing, framing or creating derivative works, requires our prior written permission.
Third-party names and logos shown on the Site, including those in the list of technologies we build with, are trademarks of their respective owners. They are shown only to describe the tools we use and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship or partnership.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site in breach of any law or regulation, or for any fraudulent or harmful purpose;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site or any related system, or breach security or authentication measures, without our prior written authorisation;
- introduce malware, overload or disrupt the Site, or interfere with other users;
- use robots, scrapers or other automated means to copy or extract content from the Site at scale, including to train artificial intelligence models, except as permitted by our robots.txt file or with our written consent;
- misrepresent your identity or any affiliation with Riftion.
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly to hello@riftion.com and do not access, modify or disclose data.
6. No professional advice
Content on the Site is general information and is not legal, financial, tax, security or other professional advice. Trademark screening results, website health reports, venture readiness ratings and other outputs of our products are risk assessments, not legal opinions or guarantees. Obtain advice from a qualified professional before relying on them for important decisions.
7. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to websites and services operated by third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
8. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riftion will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct where the law does not allow it to be excluded, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Indemnity
If you use the Site for business purposes, you agree to indemnify Riftion against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Sanctions and export control
You confirm that you are not the subject or target of sanctions administered by the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States (including OFAC) or the Republic of Türkiye, and that you will not use the Site or our services in breach of applicable sanctions or export control laws.

13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its “Last updated” date, applies to your use of the Site from that date.
14. General
- If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
- Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
- You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours to a successor.
- These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Riftion about the Site.
- If these Terms are translated, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
